We take great pride in the talent we produce as well as the events we accept. CCP is very selective in the clients we approve to fulfill their entertainment needs. If in fact we feel you are NOT suitable for CCP we will notify YOU (i.e. Client) ASAP, DON'T WORRY we will not accept any fee's until we are absolutely sure we can fulfill the job required. If we accept the booking and have problems with you the client and or 3rd parties a refund will not be issued. (CCP does offer in-house credit depending on the situation if it is rectifiable and or negotiable or considered negligent on or part.) This will only be offered after our mediation department research's the problem, issue and complaint then a letter of appeal will be mailed to you the client. Keep in mind this may take up to 30-days to receive a response and solution in the matter. Due to high demand we get to each matter in the order they where received.
